BRIEF HISTORY
Commissioned by the Lord on December 28, 2014, Elder David McNeil, in alignment with his wife Jacques, launched Transforming Lives Ministry in January of 2015, after Elder McNeil received wisdom, counsel, blessing, and approval from his pastor and spiritual father of 27 years, Bishop Charles E. Blake, Sr., of West Angeles Church of God in Christ.
This assembly of "Transformed Believers", was conceived through fervent prayer, and seeks to be catalysts for change through the knowledge of Jesus Christ. The transformative dynamics and training that formed Transforming Lives Ministries (TLM), were catalysts of change for many churches and denominations through 1 Soul at A Time Ministries in operation since 1999.

TLM is more than just a church; it is a commitment to answering the call of God by empowering individuals to encounter Him and undergo transformation. Our purpose is to usher in profound spiritual journeys, expecting genuine personal transformation through faith in Christ Jesus. We believe that the time is now, and the responsibility is ours to bring about transformational change in the Body of Christ.
Spearheaded by Bishop David and Pastor Jacques McNeil, our vision is to equip transformed believers for profound transformation, catalyzing spiritual, mental, physical, and global change, ultimately dismantling the works of Satan. We are dedicated to forming a devoted, collaborative community of believers, driven by the belief that God actively seeks transformative change within the Body of Christ amid the complexities of the world.
